ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Currently, our website, we use only for the presentation of our products, therefore, we offer no online purchase through our websites.
We only accept or reject orders placed through the WhatsApp or Instagram. We have focused on providing you with the best quality products. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
SIZING & FITTING
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you. Also, after confirm the order, you can share your proper measurements with our designers, and they will guide you for the better outfits.
FABRICS & COLORS
While we have made all effort to display as accurately as possible the colours & fabrics of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as per your screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colours might vary in pictures than actual product.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Our team will inform you the delivery date when they confirm the orders. Usually, the product will be delivered in 25 – 40 days depending on the customization & embroidery of ordered outfit. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on our office number.
Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for shipping in India will be vary based on the sates. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
DELIVERY POLICIES
ZAARI Designer Studio uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. ZAARI Designer Studio is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.
For all delivery within India will be vary based on the sates However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the Customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) services not available
UNDELIVERED OUTFITS
ZAARI Designer Studio will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from ZAARI Designer Studio, the outfit will remain within our store until customer confirm delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned to us or has not been picked by the client, ZAARI Designer Studio will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. If we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 3 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 3-months period, ZAARI Designer Studio will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from ZAARI Designer Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
